1. Acceptance
By installing or using HRT AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What HRT AI provides
HRT AI is a self-tracking tool for menopause symptoms and HRT regimens. It lets you log symptoms in seconds, configure cyclical or continuous regimens with phase-aware reminders, see weekly insight charts, and generate a private weekly AI summary of what changed in your logged data.
3. What HRT AI is not
HRT AI is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not recommend, calculate, or adjust hormone doses. It does not replace a menopause-trained clinician for any medical decision — starting, stopping, or changing HRT. Decision-support cards are framed as questions to ask your clinician, never as answers.
4. Acceptable use
- You will use HRT AI for your own personal health tracking, not on behalf of another person without their consent.
- You will not rely on the app as a substitute for clinical judgment, especially for high-stakes decisions.
- You will not abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- You will not attempt to defraud subscription billing.
5. Subscriptions and pricing
HRT AI offers free and paid features. Paid features are billed through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple subscriptions settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
Consent to share consumption data with Apple. By using HRT AI and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing information about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple when resolving refund requests. This information may include how you accessed and interacted with the purchased content. We share this information only as needed to help Apple make an informed refund decision and in accordance with Apple's policies.
6. AI summaries and decision-support
The weekly AI summary and the "questions to ask your clinician" cards are informational only. The summary describes patterns in the data you logged; it does not interpret those patterns as a clinical diagnosis. Even when the summary is generated on-device, output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date — treat it as a starting point for a conversation with your clinician, not as a recommendation.
7. No warranty
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty about the accuracy of any pattern, insight, summary, or reminder. Use the app as one input among others.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRT AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
